Took right flap apart and deburred. I then used the still borrowed (thanks Kevin!) airbrush and sprayed the inside of the flap. I then brushed the edges (1" foam brush). Worked great yet again! Airbrush is definately the way to go for me!
Anyhow, after it dried, I reassembled it, re-checked the level on the 12' table bars (12'x2"x1/4"), and cargo strapped that puppy back down. Cleco'd it, and riveted it. Once again had to shorten the flap trailing edge rivets by about 1/3rd.
Had to trim the hinge down just a wee little bit more, pop the hinge pin out to trim it, drilled the hinge end hole, safety wired it, and DONE.
I then built another quick hanger/shelf for the elevators in the floor joists.
READY for the next step! I belive it's the ailerons.
